Fitness
"This gym should get one of those multi-grip cable attachments."
We have ordered the attachment.
"Locker rooms could use some love during peak hours."
We implemented a supplemental locker room checklist in addition to our daily cleaning tasks to address the higher traffic times of the locker rooms.
"Needs assessment showed that patrons wanted a recovery space."
Purchases have been made for a cutting edge recovery area including red light therapy and hydromassage in addition to standard stretching and recovery items. Project is pending but steps are already being made.
Sports
"Some of the archery targets are weak and don't hold up to multiple shots."
Two new 3D targets have been put out and we have more targets ready to be put out when needed.
Group Exercise
"We are sad that the aquatics classes won't continue into the colder/fall hours season"
We added aquatics classes to the September schedule and they will remain as long as temperature and instructor availability allows.

Wiggley Field Dog Park
"There are wasps' nests in the dugout seating area at the Dog Park."
The MWR Maintenance Team quickly responded by spraying for wasps in the targeted area and surrounding areas to ensure safety for all visitors.
Driving Range
"The Driving Range machine is running low on range balls."
MWR Maintenance Team does routine ground Maintenance with the Driving Range pick up on their schedule once a week. Following this comment card, maintenance reviewed the machine and immediately replenished the range balls by picking them up and added new ones from our stockpile to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
Community Recreation ODR Gear
"Would be really nice to have youth golf clubs for rental as my grandson has just gotten into the sport and would like to practice on your Driving Range."
Community Recreation purchased 2 sets of boy and girl youth RH & LH clubs as a rental item the following day.
Community Recreation
"I would love to have more of the large RELAX massage chairs in the facility."
Community Recreation purchased two additional massage chairs exactly like the current one to place inside Airdales.
Clear Creek Nature Trail
"A fallen tree was found on the Clear Creek Nature Trail blocking the pathway."
The Nature trails jurisdiction is under NASWF Environmental department, however the MWR Maintenance Team often is able to promptly assist with trail Maintenace. They removed the tree from the path and ensured the trail was safe and accessible for all users that following day.
